What I help with

Difficulties I work with most often

This is not a checklist to qualify against. If what you are carrying is not named here, it is still worth a conversation — most people arrive with several of these tangled together.

Anxiety

Racing thoughts, a body permanently braced for something, or a mind that will not switch off. We slow the loop down and look at what the anxiety is protecting you from.

  • General anxiety
  • Social anxiety
  • Panic
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Phobias
  • Stress
  • Constant worry

Relationships & psychosexual therapy

The patterns that keep repeating with partners, family, colleagues or within yourself. We look at where they began, what they are still doing for you, and how to build something more sustaining.

  • Communication difficulties
  • Attachment & trust issues
  • Infidelity & betrayal
  • Codependency & boundary issues
  • Sexual & intimacy concerns
  • Separation & divorce
  • LGBTQ+ relationship support
  • Polyamory & non-monogamy

Existential issues

Questions that do not have neat answers — about who you are, what matters, and how to live with uncertainty. A space to think aloud without being rushed toward a conclusion.

  • Identity & self-understanding
  • Self-esteem
  • Fear of death & mortality awareness
  • Midlife & quarter-life crises
  • Loneliness & isolation
  • Freedom & responsibility
  • Spiritual & philosophical conflicts

Depression

When everything has gone flat, effort costs more than it should, and the future feels narrow. We work gently toward days that feel liveable, meaningful and yours again.

  • Persistent sadness or emptiness
  • Lack of motivation & energy
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities
  • Irritability & anger
  • Negative thought patterns

For therapists

Low-cost clinical supervision in London

Alongside my work with therapy clients, I provide integrative, ethically grounded clinical supervision for trainees and accredited or experienced therapists, at £50 per session in London or online.

About clinical supervision

Why it is worth it

How therapy can benefit you

Therapy is more than talking to someone about your problems. Unlike a conversation with a friend or family member, it offers a space where a trained professional listens with deep attentiveness, emotional neutrality and clinical expertise — helping you process, understand and heal in a way everyday interactions cannot. It is an investment in yourself, in the present and in the person you want to become.

  • Develop effective ways of coping with stress and emotional distress.
  • Improve relationships through clearer communication and emotional awareness.
  • Gain self-awareness and a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
  • Build confidence and self-esteem, and a steadier sense of who you are.
  • Feel more able to make healthier choices and navigate what life brings.
  • Process past trauma in a safe, supportive space.
  • Ease physical symptoms tied to mental strain, such as fatigue or tension.
  • Break unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that hold you back.
  • Increase your overall well-being and sense of a life worth living.

Therapy for anxiety, relationships and low mood in London

Most people who contact me are not in crisis. They are managing — often very well, from the outside — while something underneath has become harder to carry. That might be anxiety that shows up as sleeplessness, overthinking or a body permanently braced; a relationship that keeps circling the same argument; grief or a loss that has not been given room; or a quieter question about whether the life you have built is the one you actually want.

I work with adults individually and with couples, in English and in French, across Chelsea, Clapham, King's Cross, London Bridge and Soho, and securely online wherever you are. Relationship and psychosexual difficulties are a particular focus of my training: desire discrepancies, intimacy after betrayal, communication that has hardened into stalemate, and the sexual concerns people often find hardest to raise anywhere else.

Nothing here is a threshold you have to meet. If several of these overlap, that is normal — anxiety and relationship strain usually travel together, and existential questions tend to arrive alongside both. What matters more than the label is whether the work feels useful to you.
