Alongside my clinical practice, I offer low-cost clinical supervision in London for trainees and qualified therapists. Good supervision is where our work is thought about, questioned and cared for, and I wanted it to be genuinely accessible, particularly for those training or early in their careers, when cost can be a real barrier to getting the support you need.

Who it's for

I supervise both trainees working towards their qualification and placement hours, and accredited and experienced therapists who want a thoughtful, reliable space for their ongoing practice. Whether you're finding your feet with your first clients or refining work you've done for years, supervision should feel like somewhere you can bring the whole of it, the uncertainty as much as the successes.

How I work as a supervisor

My approach to supervision is integrative and relational, drawing on the same psychodynamic, existential and cognitive behavioural training that shapes my clinical work. In practice that means we can think about your client work at whatever level it needs: the practical and immediate, the relational dynamics between you and your client, and the deeper questions of meaning and responsibility that this work so often raises.

Above all, I aim to offer a supervisory space that is supportive rather than shaming, somewhere you can be honest about what you find difficult, explore what you're unsure of, and develop your own voice as a practitioner, rather than feeling watched or judged.

Ethics and professional practice

Ethical practice sits at the heart of good supervision, and it's an area I stay closely engaged with: I currently serve on the UKCP's ethics committee, which keeps me continually in touch with professional standards, boundaries, confidentiality and the frameworks that guide safe, accountable work. That familiarity is something I bring into supervision, helping you think clearly through the ethical dimensions of your cases, and feel confident that your practice is well grounded.

Areas I can support

I'm well placed to supervise work across relationships and couples, psychosexual difficulties, anxiety and depression, trauma, and the more existential questions clients bring — reflecting my own areas of clinical focus. If you're developing your work in any of these areas, supervision with me can offer specialist as well as general support.
