Where you have therapy matters more than people expect. A room that takes an hour to reach after work quietly becomes a reason to cancel, so I hold sessions in several parts of London rather than asking everyone to travel to one address. Chelsea suits people working or living in the south-west; Clapham is easy from the Northern line and the Common; King's Cross works for anyone arriving by mainline train or crossing from north London; London Bridge is a short walk for the City and Southwark; and Soho catches central London between meetings.
Every room is a private consulting space with a waiting area, and each link above lists the nearest stations and parking realities for that address. Evening appointments run until 8pm or 9pm on some days and tend to be taken first, so it is worth asking early about the location and time you would prefer.
If none of that works — or you travel, live outside London, or simply prefer your own space — online sessions run on a secure encrypted platform and are available wherever you are in the world, in English or French.
You can read about how sessions are structured, see the difficulties I work with, or arrange a free 15-minute introductory call.
